We collect as little as we can, we tell you what we hold, and we never sell it.
This policy explains how PRDGL handles personal information, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Your name, email address, delivery address and phone number when you place an order.
- Your email address, and your mobile number if you choose to give it, when you join the community list.
- Order history, so we can answer questions about what you bought and when.
- Basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, collected by our store platform.
We never see or store your full card details. Payments are handled by our payment providers directly.
Why we collect it
To process and deliver your order, to answer your questions, to let you know when a drop is coming if you have asked us to, and to meet our record keeping obligations as an Australian business.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the store. That means our ecommerce platform, our payment providers, our email platform, and Australia Post for delivery. Each of these holds your information under their own privacy obligations. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, and we do not share it for advertising by third parties.
Marketing and unsubscribing
We only send marketing email to people who have asked for it. Every email carries an unsubscribe link and it works immediately. You can also write to us and we will remove you by hand.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as Australian tax and business law requires. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to sales@prdgl.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable period.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Security
Our store runs over an encrypted connection and access to customer information is limited to the people who need it to fulfil orders. No system is perfect, but we take this seriously and we act quickly if something goes wrong.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date below.
