These terms cover the use of this site and any order you place through it.
PRDGL is an Australian business based on the Gold Coast, Queensland. By using this site or placing an order you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we send you a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, including after confirmation, where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was listed in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you receive a full refund.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in Australian dollars. Prices can change at any time, though a change never affects an order we have already confirmed. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers, and your order is not processed until payment clears.
Stock
Pieces are produced in limited runs. Listing an item is not a guarantee it will remain available, and once a size or colourway sells out we may not restock it.
Product presentation
We photograph our garments as accurately as we can, though colour reproduces differently on different screens. Measurements in the size chart are taken by hand from the garment laid flat and can vary by one to two centimetres.
Delivery, returns and your rights
Delivery is covered by our shipping page and returns by our returns page, both of which form part of these terms.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, it is limited to replacing the goods or refunding what you paid for them.
Intellectual property
The PRDGL name, wordmark, monogram, artwork, photography and site content belong to PRDGL and are protected by trade mark and copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of it commercially without our written permission.
Use of this site
Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, its security, or anyone else’s use of it, and do not use it for anything unlawful. We may restrict access where this happens.
Privacy
Personal information is handled under our privacy policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms, and the version published at the time you order is the one that applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
